What to Expect From the Process
How We'll Work Together
A STRAIGHTFORWARD PROCESS, NO SURPRISES
1.
Tell Me About Your Project
Share your project details, timeline, and how you plan to use the images. The more context I have about your design intent and goals, the better I can serve you.
4.
The Shoot
I work systematically and efficiently, sometimes with an assistant for larger projects. I handle all lighting and styling adjustments on site. Here's the thing: I actually prefer when you're there. Real-time collaboration means we can adjust on the fly, try different angles, and make sure we're nailing the shots that matter most to you. Can't make it? I'll keep you in the loop with progress updates and preview images.
2.
Get Your Proposal
Within 48 hours, you'll receive a detailed proposal with pricing, timeline, and deliverables—formatted for easy sharing with your team or clients.
5.
Editing & Delivery
I personally edit every image, focusing on accurate color, clean compositions, and realistic representation of your spaces. Final high-resolution images are delivered within 10-15 business days via secure download, organized and ready for immediate use in portfolios, submissions, or marketing.
3.
Pre-Shoot Planning
For GTA projects, I include a complimentary site visit to assess lighting and layout. For properties outside the GTA or large commercial sites (10,000+ sq ft, multiple levels/buildings, or complex layouts), we’ll arrange a tailored site visit or virtual walkthrough using floor plans and photos. We’ll also review your shot list and highlight architectural details—so nothing is left to guesswork on shoot day.
6.
Flexible Licensing Options
I offer licensing tiers to fit different budgets and needs—from standard commercial use to extended terms to full copyright buyout. Your proposal will outline the options, and we can discuss which makes sense for your project. All licenses cover the uses that matter: portfolio, marketing, website, social media, awards, and press.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Most architectural photographers show up, shoot, and send files.
I do the work before the shoot—studying your drawings, understanding the design narrative, and planning shots that tell the complete story. That preparation is what turns a photo session into a strategic documentation of your work.
It's also why clients come back. Not because I'm the only photographer in Toronto, but because I make the process easy and the results consistently match the quality of their work.
